One to one coaching will help you to re-frame your life. Allowing you to let go of negative thoughts and emotions that are holding you back. As an NLP Master Practitioner, Hypnotherapist, Coach and Time Line Therapist I can help you fulfil your potential, remove limiting beliefs and go out and make your life and career everything you want it to be. My approach is bespoke to my individual client’s needs.

One to one coaching can help with:

  • Confidence issues and a lack of self-belief

  • Limiting beliefs and behaviours, for example; eating disorders, self-sabotage

  • Stress, anxiety and depression

  • Goal achievement, both professionally and personally

  • Improving career development and progression

  • Coping with major life events, for example; bereavement, relationship breakdowns, redundancy

A Personal Breakthrough day quickly achieves significant, long lasting changes for your life. Combining powerful NLP techniques, Time Line Therapy, coaching and hypnotherapy this energising day will give you effective strategies to move your life forward. 

The programme is bespoke dependant on your needs and goals, to identify barriers you face in achieving everything you want in your personal or professional lives. Breakthrough days will give you the necessary tools to overcome hurdles and be more successful. It is a one-day session of approximately 8 hours of one to one coaching. 

 

Breakthrough sessions are particularly suitable for:

  • Stress, anxiety, depression

  • Emotional issues

  • Confidence issues and a lack of self-belief

  • Improving career development and progression and/or change of career

  • Feelings of inertia in any area of life: relationships, career, family, health and well-being

  • Creating a sense of inner balance, self-confidence, self-acceptance, motivation and direction.

  • Smoking cessation and weight management

Also known as Creating Your Future Coaching®. It is recognised as one of the most effective tools in creating quick, long lasting behaviour changes. Your ‘TimeLine’ is how your subconscious stores your memories, and how you know the difference unconsciously between memories from the past and projections of the future.

 

All behavioural change occurs in the subconscious and TimeLine Therapy works at this level so you can release the effects of negative emotions that have accumulated from the past and removes inappropriate emotional responses such as anger, sadness, fear, hurt and guilt. You can also address any limiting decisions or beliefs that are holding you back from achieving your potential, for example ‘I’m not good enough’, ‘I don’t deserve to be happy’.

In one, four-hour session, effective, long lasting change can be achieved.
